Planning a wedding or a private celebration is rarely a solo effort. At Csinnyquanta, group planning sessions bring together couples, families, and key decision-makers to work through the details collaboratively - with a professional facilitator keeping things on track. Sessions run online, so there are no geographical limits on who can join.
Below you will find the current schedule of open group sessions. Spots in each session are limited deliberately - smaller groups make for more focused, productive conversations.

Each session below covers a specific phase of celebration planning - from initial concept and vendor shortlisting through to final logistics review. Participants receive a shared working document before the session and leave with agreed next steps. Sessions marked as limited have fewer than four spots remaining.
All times are listed in AEST. Remote participants connect via a provided link - no software installation is required. Sessions typically run for 90 minutes with a short break at the midpoint.
