Group planning done with genuine care
Csinnyquanta brings people together around weddings and private celebrations - not just as an organiser, but as a working partner that stays involved from the first conversation to the final hour of the event.

Three things that shaped how we work
Since 2014, the way Csinnyquanta approaches private celebrations has been shaped by three consistent observations from real client groups. These are not principles we invented - they came from watching what actually helped and what did not.
Group decisions stall without structure
Most planning groups include people with different priorities and communication styles. Without a clear process, even small decisions - like ceremony timing or seating layout - can sit unresolved for weeks. Our sessions use structured facilitation rounds so the group moves forward rather than circles back.
Remote coordination is harder than it looks
When families and friends are spread across cities or countries, the practical work of coordinating a celebration multiplies. Time zones, file sharing, and version control of plans become real friction points. Csinnyquanta's remote-first approach treats these as logistics to be solved, not inconveniences to be tolerated.
- Shared planning workspace for all stakeholders
- Async-friendly session formats
- Clear version history on all decisions
- Single contact point across all time zones
Experience exchange between groups is underused
Couples and families planning celebrations rarely get access to what others learned the hard way. Vendor reliability, venue quirks, catering negotiation points - this knowledge exists but stays private. Through moderated group sessions, Csinnyquanta creates space for participants to share practical experience without exposing personal details.
The people behind the sessions
Each facilitator on the Csinnyquanta team has direct experience with celebration planning - not just coordination theory. They bring that background into every group session they lead.
Orsolya Fekete
Lead Facilitator
Orsolya has led over 200 group planning sessions across four countries. Her background in conflict mediation makes her particularly effective when family groups disagree on direction.
Benedek Varga
Remote Coordination Specialist
Benedek built the async session format that Csinnyquanta now uses for internationally distributed planning groups. He manages the technical side of all remote-first engagements.
Tamsin Okafor
Vendor Relations & Logistics
Tamsin handles supplier communication and contract review. She knows which questions to ask vendors before a deposit is paid, and she shares that knowledge directly with client groups.
How a session actually runs
Each engagement begins with a scoping call to map the group's size, location spread, and decision-making dynamic. From there, the facilitator designs a session structure specific to that group - not a template. Most groups complete their core planning framework across three to five sessions, with follow-up support available between each one. The pace is set by the group, not by a fixed timeline.
