Wedding Day Management
Some couples are organised and enjoy the planning process. They have booked their own vendors, confirmed the venue, and built their own timeline. What they want is someone reliable to execute it on the day without them having to manage it themselves.
This service begins roughly four weeks before the wedding. The coordinator reviews all existing arrangements, identifies any gaps in the run sheet, contacts each supplier to confirm details, and prepares a consolidated timeline. If anything looks inconsistent - a florist arriving after the ceremony start, a catering handover that is too tight - it gets resolved before the day.
On the wedding day, the coordinator arrives during setup, typically two to three hours before guests. They position themselves as the operational contact for all suppliers, manage the schedule, and handle anything that does not go to plan. The couple and their families are kept informed but not burdened with logistics.
This is a practical option for couples with a realistic budget who have already invested time in planning and simply need competent execution. It works well for events up to around 120 guests. Larger or more complex events generally benefit from the full planning service.
The handover process at the end of the event - returning hired items, ensuring the venue is cleared correctly, collecting gifts and personal items - is included. Nothing is left for the couple to sort out the following morning.

How a session is structured
Preparation & Brief
Before each session, participants receive a concise brief outlining the focus area. This gives everyone time to gather ideas, references, and questions so the group time stays productive rather than introductory.
Collaborative Session
The live group session combines facilitated discussion, practical exercises, and real scenario walkthroughs. The facilitator guides without dictating, keeping space open for different experience levels to contribute meaningfully.
Reflection & Next Steps
Each session closes with a structured reflection round. Participants name one concrete action they'll take before the next meeting, creating accountability without pressure and building a habit of follow-through over time.
Areas of focus within this service
Each percentage reflects the relative depth of attention given to that area across the full programme duration.
